Role & Responsibilities
Business Development & P&L Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, operators, and other key stakeholders to generate early project leads, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
- Own the regional revenue target and P&L. Drive profitability through disciplined pricing, resource planning, and margin management.
- Lead recruitment for the region and coordinate with HR on team deployment and mobility across projects.
- Manage billing and collections in coordination with the Finance department, ensuring healthy cash flow and timely realisation of fees.
Project Delivery
- Oversee delivery of project management services across all regional assignments — monitoring project team performance, quality of deliverables, and compliance with Ascentis HSE policy and brand standards.
- Personally review all client-facing project reports and lead key client presentations and steering committee meetings.
- Implement and continuously improve internal processes, ensuring consistency across projects and adherence to Ascentis service standards.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Provide advice, coaching, and structured training to project teams. Drive individual and team performance through clear KRAs and regular feedback.
- Build a strong regional bench by identifying and developing high-potential talent, and by championing Ascentis company values across the team.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools within project workflows to strengthen delivery quality and team productivity.
Required Education & Experience
- BArch, BE, or BTech. Post-graduate degree is a plus.
- 15+ years in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or P&L role.
- Demonstrated business development track record, with an established network across developers, hospitality groups, and institutional clients.
- International experience (>3yrs) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading project through pre-construction phase.

- Sound judgement, commercial instinct, and the ability to represent Ascentis with credibility at senior client level.
