Director - Program & Project Management

About the Role: Join LTM as Director - Program & Project Management to spearhead high-impact transformations. You will drive enterprise-level strategy, governance, and operational excellence, empowering our clients and internal teams to achieve exceptional, sustainable outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

• Lead large-scale, high-risk engagements with multiple workstreams to ensure strategic alignment and future account growth.
• Drive transformation execution thought leadership during times of ambiguity or conflict to secure customer success and elevate organizational brand value.
• Establish robust governance, stakeholder alignment, quality checks, and project structure to provide comprehensive oversight and full accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end engagement delivery, managing timelines, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials in collaboration with cross-geo and partner teams.
• Mentor junior engagement managers, senior project leaders, and delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture across complex programs.
• Apply Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance to promote seamless delivery, aligning deliverables with customer goals and long-term success.
• Identify discrepancies between actual performance and plans of record, proposing strategic solutions and driving immediate resolution.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

Must-Have:

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex project financials, rigorous project governance, and comprehensive project planning across enterprise-level organizations.
• Expertise in integrating AI-powered tools and automated workflows to optimize decision-making, problem-solving, and customer solutions.
• Extensive capability in driving complex operational issues through rigorous analysis to effective resolution.
• Advanced stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership competencies.

Preferred:

• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, alongside relevant ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
• Possess 16-20 years of progressive experience within a professional services organization, accompanied by industry domain expertise and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
• Articulate AI system design, ethical implications, and platform use cases clearly to peers and stakeholders with a high degree of creativity and autonomy.
