Job Description

Translate GTM strategy into target account and contact definitions for each play, sourced from the GTM Intelligence team.
Configure play execution in Salesforce, Sales loft, and the broader GTM technology stack.
Implement campaign tracking and adoption monitoring for all active programs.
Coordinate delivery across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Ops to ensure program alignment and on-time execution.
Produce post-play measurement reports and recommendations that feed into the next iteration.
Own the program calendar, balancing competing GTM motions across segments and regions.
Partner with the AI Platform Developer team to automate program workflows where possible.
Maintain a clear program backlog and communicate status to senior stakeholders.
