Join our dynamic team at Honeywell Aerospace India as a Director - Product Operations, reporting to India Commercial, Strategy & Marketing Leader. In this key role, you will spearhead efforts for the development and commercialization of a Honeywell Aerospace offering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and process.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
- Driving commercial execution, product data analytics, product data enrichment, product life cycle stages management, process governance and compliance of Honeywell Aerospace Product/Portfolio Management.
- Work closely with Gold Business Enterprise Offering Managers and cross-functional departments, such as Commercial Excellence (Pricing, Sales Excellence, Customer Marketing). Customer Business Team (CBT), Customer & Product Support (C&PS), Licensing, Engineering etc, as well as Honeywell Leadership to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio today and in the future.
- Define growth and competitive advantage opportunities by collaborating with customer and business leadership to identify market trends and portfolio integration and expansion opportunities.
- Defines prioritization rubric & governs NPI prioritization process. Coordinates & monitors investment allocations and instrumentation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Portfolio Simplification: Focusing on SKU rationalization through EOL, LPL, Licensing, and FGI reduction. Manages customer segmentation analysis, end-of-life process for SKUs identified, Up-to-date Product Hierarchy
- Leading, Mentoring and guiding the team to cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment where team members are empowered to excel.
- Lead the team to who can apply Offering Management tools to quickly identify customer needs, assess market size and competitive positioning during the ideation stage. Develop compelling value propositions and user experience roadmaps to shape the differentiated offerings

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- 15+ years of industry experience with in Offering Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Operations, Product data analytics, Innovation Management, Strategy, Pricing, Sales or ISC operations.
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience managing /driving Change Management.
- Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities and work in multi-cultural environments.
