As the Director Product Management at Keka, you will drive the strategy, and execution to Transform Keka's Talent Success and Engagement products. You and your team will own product adoption and customer success of the following major capabilities to start with.

Roles And Responsibilities
Product Vision: Define the global product strategy for the assigned set of products
Ownership: Scale existing and build new products and features. Responsible for constantly upgrading through innovative offerings and bettering the existing product based on customer insights.
Team management: Lead a team of about 5 senior PMs. He / She will be responsible for hiring and mentoring his / her team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear and actionable feedback about performance.
Revenue ownership: Shared responsibility for revenues.
Customer orientation: Take a hands-on approach to understanding customers by gathering feedback from the market and stakeholders to constantly improve product. Stay ahead of market trends and customer demands. Ensure Keka's products provide unmatched value and usability.
Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Talent bar: Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.
Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Competencies
10+ years of relevant product management experience.
B2B SaaS experience is a must. Ideal experience is a mix of global MNC + startups.
Experience In HRTech Is Highly Preferred
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Enable and guide teams to work seamlessly with internal and external teams.
Tremendous drive to make things happen.
Strategic thinker - Ability to think ahead of the curve.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
