Director - Product Management CPaaS (Voice Focus)

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for voice solutions
• Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to General Availability (GA)
• Ensure compliance with global telecom regulations (GDPR, TCPA, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance user experience

Key Deliverables:

• Market analysis and product differentiation based on trends and customer feedback
• Successful delivery of scalable, reliable voice solutions
• Effective go-to-market strategy including pricing, packaging, and messaging
• Defined KPIs to track adoption, performance, and ROI
