Job Description

Lead the end‑to‑end ideation, design, and development of GenAI‑powered products, accelerators, and reusable assets.
Build industry‑specific AI solutions aligned to client needs and market opportunities.
Own and maintain the roadmap for reusable AI assets, ensuring alignment with evolving business and customer requirements.
Evaluate and integrate partner technologies from hyperscalers, data platforms, and ISVs to accelerate solution delivery.
Collaborate closely with sales, presales, and marketing teams to shape GTM strategies and support account growth.
Represent the organization in industry forums, analyst briefings, and thought‑leadership platforms.
Drive visibility and influence through whitepapers, blogs, product showcases, and innovation storytelling.
Track and improve innovation metrics including adoption, time‑to‑market, and business impact.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Product Innovation & Engineering should have:

15-20 years of experience in AI/analytics product innovation, solution design, or R&D leadership.
Proven track record in building and launching enterprise‑grade AI or data‑driven products across industries like Retail, CPG, BFSI, or Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, GenAI architectures, LLMs, and MLOps pipelines.
Hands‑on experience owning product roadmaps, developing accelerators, and taking offerings to market.
Ability to work with hyperscalers and data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into commercially viable products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and demonstrated thought leadership (publications, talks, patents).
