  • Lead the end‑to‑end ideation, design, and development of GenAI‑powered products, accelerators, and reusable assets.
  • Build industry‑specific AI solutions aligned to client needs and market opportunities.
  • Own and maintain the roadmap for reusable AI assets, ensuring alignment with evolving business and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate and integrate partner technologies from hyperscalers, data platforms, and ISVs to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, presales, and marketing teams to shape GTM strategies and support account growth.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, analyst briefings, and thought‑leadership platforms.
  • Drive visibility and influence through whitepapers, blogs, product showcases, and innovation storytelling.
  • Track and improve innovation metrics including adoption, time‑to‑market, and business impact.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Product Innovation & Engineering should have:

  • 15-20 years of experience in AI/analytics product innovation, solution design, or R&D leadership.
  • Proven track record in building and launching enterprise‑grade AI or data‑driven products across industries like Retail, CPG, BFSI, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, GenAI architectures, LLMs, and MLOps pipelines.
  • Hands‑on experience owning product roadmaps, developing accelerators, and taking offerings to market.
  • Ability to work with hyperscalers and data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into commercially viable products.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and demonstrated thought leadership (publications, talks, patents).
