Why This Role Matters

We're hiring a Director Product Design & Experience to define how GoKwik feels and performs across every touchpoint product, merchant, and consumer. You'll connect our suite KwikCheckout, KwikEngage, KwikPass, KwikReturns, and KwikShip, into one cohesive ecosystem that delivers clarity, trust, and speed.

This isn't about aesthetics; it's about outcomes using design as a force multiplier for adoption, retention, and growth.

What You'll Own

• Redefine how eCommerce feels. Architect the experience backbone for every GoKwik product.
• Build the experience system. Design frameworks, tools, and rituals that make world-class UX scale like code.
• Turn friction into flow. Simplify complex merchant and consumer journeys into intuitive, self-serve experiences that drive conversion.
• Lead by example. Mentor, provoke, and elevate a multi-disciplinary team that moves fast, builds bold, and sweats the details.
• Drive experience as a business lever. Partner with Product, Tech, and Revenue to translate design quality into adoption, retention, and growth.
• Make design measurable. Ground every decision in data, research, and real-world merchant impact.
• Set the standard. Benchmark against global SaaS leaders and continuously raise the experience bar.

Who You Are

• 8- 12 years in product or UX design and 2+ years leading or scaling design teams in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
• A systems thinker who can toggle between design vision and execution without losing speed.
• Obsessed with craft, clarity, and velocity, you iterate toward impact, not perfection.
• Fluent in data and empathy, you balance storytelling with measurable outcomes.
• A cross-functional influencer, you lead through alignment, not escalation.
• Known for building bias-for-action teams that care deeply and execute relentlessly.
