Role Overview

The Director – Procurement & Estimation (QS) shall serve as the custodian of commercial governance, procurement strategy, cost management, and profitability optimization across all projects within the organization.

This role is responsible for establishing scalable commercial systems, driving procurement excellence, optimizing project costs, strengthening vendor ecosystems, and ensuring financial discipline across the company's design & build operations.

The position demands a strategic leader capable of aligning procurement, estimation, contracts, billing, and execution teams with the organization's commercial objectives, operational efficiency targets, and long-term growth vision.

•15+ years of experience in Procurement, QS, Estimation, and Commercial Management

•Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role

•Proven experience handling large-scale turnkey interior and fit-out projects
