Bid Leadership & Management
- Own and manage the complete bid process from opportunity qualification through contract award.
- Lead bid planning, strategy development, resource coordination, and submission management.
- Drive adherence to bid management processes and best practices.
Proposal Development
- Coordinate creation of high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender responses.
- Facilitate executive reviews and obtain leadership approvals.
- Ensure all bid submissions meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Commercial & Risk Management
- Support pricing and commercial strategy development.
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain bid repositories, templates, and knowledge databases.
- Analyze win/loss feedback and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, presales, proposal management, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar bids.
- Strong understanding of IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Application Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services.
- Experience working with global customers.
