Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director Presales Consultant at Icertis. The individual in this role will lead presales engagements, providing expert guidance to prospective customers on how the Icertis platform addresses their business challenges. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, building strong relationships, supporting sales teams, and developing go-to-market strategies to align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's/Post-graduate is preferred.
  • Overall Experience between 10-15 years
  • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in field-presales, with a proven track record in enterprise software solution sales (Bid Management at System Integrators does not qualify as Presales experience for this role)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in procure-to-pay or lead-to-cash or contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with adaptability to changing market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools for efficient sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
