Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to scale customer
acquisition across global markets. You'll own campaign execution, optimization, and growth
across paid digital channels while working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
Manage lead-gen, app install, and conversion-focused campaigns across multiple geographies.
Track and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
Conduct A/B tests across Creatives, Hooks, Videos, ad formats, landing pages and audience targeting to consistently improve CTRs, CVRs, and CPLs.
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports aligned with business targets.
Analyze campaign performance using GA, platform dashboards, and internal tools.
Own budget pacing, scaling decisions, and performance reporting.
Identify new audience segments, targeting strategies, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with CRM, sales, and analytics teams to improve lead quality and outcomes.
Drive competitive analysis to refine messaging and strengthen positioning in the K-12
EdTech space.
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
Managed a monthly ad budget of 1 Crore
Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Proven track record in lead generation or app campaigns
Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Good to Have
Experience with Snapchat Ads & Tiktok Ads
Exposure to international markets (India ,US, MEA,UK, Australia, APAC)
Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools
Experience in edtech, consumer tech, or subscription-based businesses
