Job Title: People Experience Partner, Corporate Functions

Reports to: People Partner

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to join our HR team. This role will implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and support business objectives. The PXP will improve employee purpose and organizational performance by managing key moments in the employee lifecycle. They will partner with leaders across Corporate Functions and HR CoE's to plan and deliver HR programs across locations. The ideal candidate will use their business acumen and HR expertise to drive company priorities and align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Partner with stakeholders:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Corporate Functions
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Utilize HR dashboards to drive data-driven people decisions on retention, rewards, diversity, and organizational effectiveness
  • Execute HR programs and initiatives:
  • Implement JLL's global, regional, and local policies and tools throughout the employee lifecycle across stakeholder groups
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for HR programs such as goal setting, performance assessments, and rewards planning
  • Proactively identify and develop innovative solutions for anticipated challenges
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to adapt and deliver best-in-class HR practices
  • Boost employee engagement and culture:
  • Foster an inclusive culture and promote belonging
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Align workplace culture with JLL's values and leadership behaviors
  • Manage employee feedback channels and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Execution of HR actions leveraging HR operating model:
  • Drive consistency and efficiency in execution of HR processes across countries and locations
  • Guide local leaders and managers to appropriate support resources within the HR structure
  • Maximize the use of team resources at country and site levels
  • Maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to enable integrated HR service delivery
  • Employee relations:
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, partnering with the Employee Relations team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Coach and advise employees on addressing employee performance, productivity, and engagement challenges
  • Manage talent:
  • Lead and coordinate talent management activities, including goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
  • Implement career development programs and succession strategies
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to create targeted development initiatives
  • Manage projects and change:
  • Own and deliver projects aligned with the execution of the people strategy
  • Partner on change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, or new program rollouts
  • Support to execute effective communication strategies for organizational changes
  • Monitor and address potential impacts of changes on employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a MBA in HR is required
  • 15 or more years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and current workplace trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including geographically dispersed
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Experience with HR analytics and HRIS systems
  • Strong data driven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification preferred
