Role: Director Partnerships & Alliances
Location: Mumbai
We're looking for a senior partnerships leader to own and scale our global alliances strategy across key markets. This role requires a strategic operator who can build a high-impact partner ecosystem, drive revenue through alliances, and influence cross-functional execution at scale.
What You'll Own
- Define and lead the overall partnerships & alliances strategy across technology, consulting, and channel ecosystems.
- Build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue, market expansion, and product adoption.
- Design and execute joint GTM strategies, co-selling motions, and partner-led growth programs.
- Identify, onboard, and enable high-value partners to strengthen and expand the ecosystem.
- Drive executive-level engagement with key partners, including strategic planning and long-term business alignment.
- Own partner performance metrics, QBRs, and revenue outcomes tied to alliances.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to operationalize partnership initiatives.
- Continuously identify new partnership opportunities to accelerate pipeline, enter new markets, and unlock growth levers.
What We're Looking For
- 1215+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partner programs that drive significant revenue.
- Strong understanding of complex GTM motions, enterprise sales cycles, and partner-led growth strategies.
- Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships across multiple partner types.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset.
