Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance-Driven Digital Marketing Leader who has deep hands-on experience in scaling high-volume lead generation through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
This role will own the entire digital acquisition funnel, from campaign strategy to lead quality, conversion optimization, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Ownership
Own and drive large-scale lead generation campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Primary channel
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Build, execute, and continuously optimize performance campaigns focused on lead volume growth, lead quality improvement, CAC and ROAS optimization.
Drive full-funnel campaign strategy across acquisition, remarketing, and conversion stages.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Own the end-to-end lead funnel:
Ad Landing Page Lead Form CRM Sales Enrollment
Partner closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion and reduce junk leads.
Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Campaign Execution & Budget Ownership
Manage and optimize large performance marketing budgets.
Drive efficiency across key metrics such as CPL, CAC, Conversion Rates, Revenue & ROI.
Build data-backed scaling strategies across channels.
Experimentation & Growth
Design and execute marketing experiments to unlock growth opportunities.
Leverage AI tools, automation, and data analytics to improve campaign efficiency.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad product launches.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams.
Drive accountability through performance dashboards and reporting.
Lead and mentor performance marketing teams and agency partners.
Must-Have Requirements
814 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads lead-gen campaigns.
Proven track record of scaling qualified leads and improving conversion funnels.
Experience managing high monthly performance marketing spends.
Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM integration, and attribution tracking.
Prior experience in D2C or EdTech lead generation roles.
Highly data-driven and experimentation-focused mindset.
