What You'll Own

Strategic Project Management

Take full ownership of enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives from inception to execution with minimal supervision.

Translate vision into detailed project plans, timelines, and outcomes.

HR Process Optimization

Be your own project scout. Proactively spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and unlock new ways of working across HR domains.

Tech-Forward HR Execution

Lead the charge in evaluating and integrating next-gen HR tech, AI tools, and automation for business impact.

Champion digital adoption within the function.

Change Management & Adoption

Shape and drive change programs using RG's Change Management framework SCOPE

As a part of the core HR leadership team, partner across levels to ensure HR initiatives land with clarity and traction.

Employer Branding & Talent Storytelling

Build, refine, and amplify the employer value proposition.

Collaborate across marketing, TA, and leadership to create magnetic narratives.

Performance & Governance

Own the rhythm of business with the CHRO from QBRs and MBRs to executive dashboards and board-level prep.

Orchestrate OKRs across the organization as part of our performance philosophy.

Lead and drive the HR annual OKRs Quarterly priorities.

Leadership Impact

Act as the strategic right-hand to the CHRO in driving leadership team effectiveness.

Represent CHRO and drive the HR priorities with the Global HR Leadership team.

Design interventions, prep content, and nudge momentum where it matters most.

Have worked closely with C-suite leaders in transformation or advisory roles.

Thrive in ambiguity and love creating structure out of chaos.
