Key Responsibilities

• Develop target operating models aligned with strategic business objectives

• Facilitate transformation programs involving automation, offshore migration, and location strategy changes
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders including board-level executives
• Build business cases with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and investment justification
• Translate complex operational data into actionable insights for decision-making
• Define performance metrics and governance frameworks to measure operating model effectiveness
• Drive change management initiatives for successful transformation implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement future-state operating models
• Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare high-impact presentations, storytelling narratives, and executive reports
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and business growt
