Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day F&A activities, including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Manage end-to-end process governance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial data.
Process Optimization & Transformation:
Lead F&A transformation projects, including system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle), process reengineering, and technology adoption.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and automation through tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven analytics.
Drive the adoption of Finance Digitalization strategies to improve decision-making and reporting capabilities.
Financial Governance & Compliance:
Ensure robust financial controls, risk management practices, and compliance with corporate policies and external regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track operational performance and drive accountability.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with business leaders, finance partners, and external stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to senior management on finance operations and performance.
Act as a key advisor for finance-related projects, initiatives, and business decisions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Finance & Accounting Expertise:
Deep knowledge of F&A processes, including R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A, and taxation.
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), internal controls, and audit requirements.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale F&A transformations.

Qualifications:
Education:

Proven track record of managing F&A transformations, process improvements, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in working with global finance operations and multi-cultural teams is a plus.
