We are hiring aDirector of Web Strategy to lead the strategy, architecture, and operational performance of ExpressAnalytics.com as a core revenue-generating platform.
This role willown the vision and roadmap for the website, ensuring it becomes a destination where modern data buyers discover Express Analytics, understand our AI and data capabilities, and convert interest into meaningful pipeline and customer relationships.
You will shape how the company presents its services and solutioncapabilities to the market, balancingstorytelling, technical credibility, and conversion performance.

Top Priorities
1. Own the End to End Website Strategy and Roadmap
Shape the long-term strategy and technical architecture of the Express Analytics website.
- Define the information architecture, page templates, and content structure that support complex B2B buying journeys
- Ensure the site clearly communicates Express Analytics value across its core pillars including Data Foundations, Marketing Intelligence, and AI orchestration
- Continuously evolve the website experience to meet the needs of the targeted ICP who increasingly arrive informed through AI-assisted research
2. Transform the Website into a Revenue Engine
Turn ExpressAnalytics.com into a consistent source of pipeline and engagement fromreferral and direct traffic.
- Improve conversion performance from visitor Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
- Design website pathways that accelerate enterprise buying journeys
- Implement a culture of experimentation using A/B testing, behavioral insights, and performance analytics
- Optimize how product and solution pages drive engagement with marketing and sales
3. Architect the Website for AI-Era Discoverability
Ensure the website is structured for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer engines.
- Implement semantic information architecture and structured data
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Ensure Express Analytics content can be effectively interpreted and surfaced by large language models and AI search experiences
4. Deliver a High-Quality Digital Experience
Create a website experience that is fast, intuitive, and credible for enterprise buyers.
- Use behavioral data, heatmaps, session replay and user testing to continuously improve the experience
- Ensure the website reflects Express Analytics evolving brand and AI capabilities across its services and product solution offerings.
- Balance storytelling, technical credibility, and conversion performance
5. Lead Website Operations & Marketing Infrastructure
Own the operational foundation that enables the website to perform at scale.
- Manage website releases, QA, analytics instrumentation, and tag governance
- Ensure proper integration with HubSpot lifecycle stages and campaign attribution
- Maintain the integrity of traffic, campaign, and referral tracking
- Evaluate future CMS or architecture improvements as the platform evolves
6. Lead and Coordinate Marketing Execution Teams
Serve as the operational bridge between US leadership and the India-based marketing team.
- Oversee day-to-day coordination of content, SEO, and digital marketing execution
- Implement structured workflows and sprint cycles using tools like JIRA
- Establish accountability and operational discipline across marketing initiatives
Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years leading B2B website strategy andgrowth initiatives.
- Experience managing or evolving enterprise B2B websites that support complex buying journeys
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture (headless CMS, Next.js or similar frameworks)
- Experience driving constant improvements in website conversion performance
- Familiarity with HubSpot lifecycle management and funnel attribution
- Experience designing websites for SEO, AEO, and AI discovery
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation frameworks, and behavioral insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, design, product, and engineering teams
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Growth Entrepreneur mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and measurable impact who stay ahead of the curve.
- Excellent people leadershipand communication skillset that thrives in a fast paced team collaborative environment. .
- Familiarity with AI tools like Google Stitch a plus.
