Director of Technology – AI & Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

Seeking a senior technology leader to drive enterprise AI transformation, large-scale technology delivery, engineering governance, and strategic innovation initiatives for global clients.

The ideal candidate should have progressed through a strong engineering career path (Developer Architect Technology Leader) and possess deep experience in enterprise delivery, architecture governance, AI/ML initiatives, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise AI and digital transformation programs

• Own end-to-end technology delivery outcomes across complex initiatives

• Drive engineering, architecture, and delivery governance

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align execution with business goals

• Lead cross-functional global delivery teams and vendor coordination

• Drive accountability for delivery quality, timelines, risk management, and execution excellence

• Influence technology strategy, innovation, and transformation initiatives

• Challenge and validate architecture and technical decisions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12–18 years of experience in technology leadership roles

• Strong background in enterprise engineering and digital transformation

• Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data engineering ecosystems

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and delivery governance

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise delivery programs

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Experience leading geographically distributed teams
