Job Description

As the Director of Talent Acquisition for India, you will lead recruitment efforts to support business growth across the region. You'll partner closely with business leaders, manage a high-performing team, and drive initiatives that attract top talent aligned with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Indian talent landscape, including industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Support efforts to promote a compelling employer brand that reflects our culture and values, helping attract high-quality candidates.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and support outreach initiatives to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Use data-driven recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) to assess performance and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey from application through onboarding, with timely communication and feedback.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and educational institutions to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Regularly review and refine recruitment processes based on feedback, performance data, and emerging best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of recruitment experience with an emphasis on technical recruitment, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing recruiters or team leads.
  • Experience working in a global Product or SaaS organization is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indian employment laws, compensation practices, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Proven ability to drive diversity and inclusion in hiring.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
