What is this role all about
We're building the AI layer that transforms how enterprises operate — and we're looking for a Director of Partnerships to architect the ecosystem that accelerates our growth. You'll own the strategy, relationships, and revenue impact across our entire partner network
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the global partnerships strategy aligned with company ARR goals
- Identify, recruit, and onboard technology, channel, and partners
- Build co-sell and co-marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline.
- Define partner tiers, incentive structures, and success metrics.
- Serve as executive sponsor for top-tier strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Negotiate and close complex partnership agreements with C-suite stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner summits.
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue to the executive team.
- Continuously optimize partner programs using data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years in partnerships, alliances, or business development in SaaS or enterprise software
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to boards and executives.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML SaaS landscape, cloud ecosystems, and platform economy dynamics.
- Ability to engage, influence, and close at the executive level with fortune partners.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, partner PRM tools, and building executive-level reporting.
