Position Summary:
We are seeking a Director, Software Engineering to lead and scale Ensemble's Software Engineering organization based in India. This role is responsible for engineering strategy, delivery excellence, platform reliability, and people leadership across multiple product and platform teams. The Director will partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, Data, AI/ML, Security, and US leadership teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software platforms that support Ensemble's long-term business and technology strategy.
