Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Director of Sales, based in Bengaluru. The Director of Sales will lead and manage the sales team, strategize business development initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team achieves business objectives through effective leadership and planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Solid experience in Sales Operations and Team Management to enhance operational efficiency and performance
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Experience in 5 star luxury hotels, is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
