Job Description

Director of Sales Catering | Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the catering sales team to drive performance and growth
  • Identify new business opportunities through corporate accounts, weddings, social events, MICE, and institutional clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, vendors, and partners
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and closing of high-value catering deals
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay competitive
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and manage key accounts from inquiry to post-event follow-up
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and service quality benchmarks
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize event revenue

Salary: 15 LPA 25 LPA (CTC)
