Director of Sales Catering | Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue and profitability targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the catering sales team to drive performance and growth
- Identify new business opportunities through corporate accounts, weddings, social events, MICE, and institutional clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, vendors, and partners
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and closing of high-value catering deals
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay competitive
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and manage key accounts from inquiry to post-event follow-up
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and service quality benchmarks
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize event revenue
Salary: 15 LPA 25 LPA (CTC)
