Role Description

This is a full-time, role for the position of Director of Sales- Mumbai region. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business development strategies, and maintaining client relationships to meet and exceed revenue targets. Day-to-day activities include managing sales teams, developing and executing sales plans, ensuring strong client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the hotel's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Experience in leading Customer Service efforts to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in managing and mentoring teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Strong background in Business Development with a focus on revenue growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
