Job Description

Objective of the role:

As a director of sales and marketing, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness. You oversee all sales and marketing efforts, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and customer relationship management.

Only Mumbai candidates will be considered.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the Hotel's business objectives, target market, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Oversee the Hotels brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales plans, setting targets, and monitoring performance, and implementing tactics to attract corporate clients, event planners, and affluent individuals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotels culinary offerings, special events, and promotions, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive publicity and media coverage for the hotels, pitching story ideas, coordinating press events, and managing media inquiries.
  • Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to cultivate relationships with loyal patrons, gather feedback, and drive repeat business through personalized marketing initiatives and VIP programs.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is typically required.
  • Proven more than 15+ years pf experience in hotel sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
