The Director of Sales role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The individual will lead the sales operations for Hard Rock Hotel Goa, focusing on driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, team management, and fostering client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, developing business partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the hotel's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Expertise in Business Development, including identifying and capturing new market opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
