Job Description: Director of Sales And Business Development (Hotel Onboarding)

Location: On-site, Noida 125 sector

Reporting to: Founder & CEO (Ronit)

Target Profile: Ex-Director of Sales (DOS) from Marquee 5-Star Brands (Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.)

The Mission

LuxeVenue.ai is not just a platform; it's an AI-driven revolution. Your mission is to bring India's most prestigious 5-star hotels and luxury venues into our elite ecosystem. You will be the face of LuxeVenue.ai for the hospitality industry, turning traditional venues into Smart Venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Onboarding: Identify and onboard Tier-1 luxury hotels and boutique venues. You aren't just selling a listing; you're selling a future-ready tech backend.
  • C-Suite Negotiations: Lead high-stakes negotiations with Hotel GMs, Owners, and Regional Directors of Sales.
  • Inventory Mastery: Convince hotels to integrate their real-time banquet and room inventory with the LuxeVenue AI Dashboard.
  • Relationship Management: Build a Trust-First relationship where hotels see LuxeVenue as their primary revenue partner, not just another aggregator.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle sensitive negotiations regarding commission structures, Escrow payments, and Resale policies.

What We're Looking For (The Pedigree)

  • Experience: 610 years in Luxury Hospitality Sales, with at least 5 years as a Director of Sales (DOS) or Director of Business Development.
  • The Rolodex: A massive, active network of GMs, Owners, and Sales Heads across the luxury hotel segment in India.
  • Tech-Optimist: You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand how AI and Escrow systems can solve the industry's biggest pain points (cancellations and payment delays).
  • Communication: Flawless English and Hindi. You should be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are at a high-end gala.
  • Execution Mindset: We are a startup. We move fast. You need to be a Player-Coachsomeone who can close a deal themselves while building a team.
