Director of Sales & Marketing

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales & Marketing at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre. Responsibilities include leading and managing sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue goals, overseeing sales operations, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also manage a team, ensure top-notch customer service, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the organization's market presence.

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school

Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a

similar capacity with proven records

High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
