Role Description

We are seeking a Director of Revenue & Strategic Development to help build the economic, operational, and institutional foundation of this evolving ecosystem.

This is not envisioned as a conventional salaried role alone, but as a long-term strategic leadership and partnership-oriented position aligned with growth, sustainability, systems development, and shared participation in the institution-building journey.

The role would involve:

• developing revenue channels, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
• building relationships with collectors, patrons, institutions, and collaborators
• creating operational systems, accountability structures, and growth frameworks
• ensuring continuity across payments, projects, communications, and organizational development
• coordinating execution between creative, curatorial, operational, and business functions
• identifying sustainable models for expansion, visibility, and cultural positioning
• helping transform vision into long-term institutional reality

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic growth, revenue development, partnerships, business development, finance, operations, or institution-building
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Experience in arts, culture, creative industries, social impact, startups, or mission-driven organizations is valued
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Arts Management, or related fields preferred

Location

Hybrid role based in Jaipur, India, with flexibility for partial remote collaboration alongside periodic in-person engagement.

This role is intended to evolve through shared growth, contribution, responsibility, and long-term alignment rather than through a fixed employment structure alone.
