Job Description
- Build and scale a high-performing global Professional Services organization aligned with Company's expansion targets, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to establish deployment best practices, accelerate innovation, and drive revenue growth.
- Drive high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery and serve as executive escalation for strategic accounts, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to design tailored offerings that accelerate company adoption and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Establish scalable delivery frameworks and operational KPIs (TTV, CSAT, utilization, profitability) to simplify complex Zero Trust deployments, driving seamless platform adoption while partnering with Product and Engineering to optimize execution processes.
- Manage the Global Delivery Center P&L to maximize profitability and revenue growth through precise capacity forecasting, resource utilization, and strategic expansion into new service offerings, geographies, and verticals.
- Foster an agile culture of continuous improvement, driving operational scale by optimizing processes, tools, and automation to launch advanced service tiers and streamline client onboarding.
