Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Professional Services and TAM organisation.
- Own delivery excellence for implementations, technical onboarding, integrations, and solution customisation.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for strategic customers.
- Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements, architectural constraints, and integration needs.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions, solution feasibility, and customer alignment.
- Build repeatable delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance timetovalue.
- Oversee resource planning, project governance, forecasting, and utilisation.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through highquality technical engagement.
- Establish KPIs and operational metrics for service delivery and team performance.
- Contribute to strategic planning, product feedback loops, and organisational scaling.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Professional Services should have:
- 10-15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar functions within a SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Strong technical background-experience with cloud platforms, APIs/integrations, enterprise architectures, and complex deployments.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (TAMs, consultants, implementation engineers, etc.).
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise implementations and solving complex customer challenges.
- Strong operational mindset-comfortable with forecasting, planning, processes, and delivery governance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- A passion for building teams, improving processes, and delivering high-value customer outcomes.
