Our client is a late stage Series C SAAS organisation, catering to enterprise clients and backed by marquee investors.

Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Professional Services and TAM organisation.
  • Own delivery excellence for implementations, technical onboarding, integrations, and solution customisation.
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for strategic customers.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements, architectural constraints, and integration needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions, solution feasibility, and customer alignment.
  • Build repeatable delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to enhance timetovalue.
  • Oversee resource planning, project governance, forecasting, and utilisation.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through highquality technical engagement.
  • Establish KPIs and operational metrics for service delivery and team performance.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, product feedback loops, and organisational scaling.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Director of Professional Services should have:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar functions within a SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • Strong technical background-experience with cloud platforms, APIs/integrations, enterprise architectures, and complex deployments.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (TAMs, consultants, implementation engineers, etc.).
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise implementations and solving complex customer challenges.
  • Strong operational mindset-comfortable with forecasting, planning, processes, and delivery governance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • A passion for building teams, improving processes, and delivering high-value customer outcomes.
