Job Description
- Define and own the AI product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Payment Performance Intelligence.
- Identify high-value use cases for GenAI, chatbots, agentic services, predictive insights, and self-service analytics.
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into scalable product capabilities and clear technical requirements.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Platform, Commercial, Risk, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver AI products from discovery through launch.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and responsible AI considerations.
- Establish measurable success metrics and ensure product outcomes are repeatable, scalable, and aligned to business goals.
- Influence senior stakeholders, communicate roadmap progress, and build alignment on risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
- Coach product teams and help build organizational capability in AI product management, experimentation, and continuous learning.
