About the Role
Locus is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Product Management to lead crucial parts of our product strategy and execution in the logistics software space.
Reporting to the Vice President, Products, you will own the product roadmap(s) of your area, roll up your sleeves to solve critical aspects of product design, and work with colleagues across other product areas and disciplines to deliver the complete enterprise-scale Transportation Management System (TMS) experience. You will also mentor and grow the product management team.
This is a high-impact leadership role. It demands abilities that help thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment. It calls for skills learnt from navigating the intricate world of logistics. It also requires the drive to build products that deliver tremendous business impact and have the potential to change the face of the industry.
