About the Role: We are building the bedrock of institutional-grade digital asset management. As we scale our infrastructurespanning secure custody, exchange connectivity, and OTC liquiditywe are looking for a visionary Director or Product Management to lead the development of next-generation Web3 financial products.
This role requires a Web3-native product leader who understands blockchain architecture, digital asset custody, and DeFi ecosystems, while also being able to translate complex crypto concepts into clear business value for institutional clients and stakeholders.
You will work closely with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to design and deliver products that meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
1. Secure Infrastructure & Custody:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for institutional-grade digital asset custody infrastructure.
- Develop and enhance wallet architecture, including Multi-Party Computation (MPC) and Multisig frameworks to ensure robust asset security.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to maintain best-in-class custody and key management standards.
- Oversee integrations with global crypto exchanges, enabling seamless trading, settlement, and liquidity access for users.
2. Scaling the Ecosystem (DeFi & OTC):
- Lead the strategy and execution for DeFi integrations, including connections to lending protocols, staking platforms, and yield aggregators.
- Design product capabilities that allow institutional users to securely interact with decentralized finance ecosystems through custody infrastructure.
- Build and optimize OTC trading marketplace capabilities, including:
a.High-volume institutional trade workflows
b.RFQ (Request for Quote) systems
c.Efficient settlement and liquidity management
- Collaborate with trading, liquidity, and partnerships teams to expand market access and execution capabilities.
3. Compliance & Risk:
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to embed AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory controls into product flows.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, including Travel Rule and transaction monitoring.
- Balance compliance requirements with seamless user experience for institutional clients.
- Work closely with risk and security teams to maintain robust operational and transactional risk controls.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with significant exposure to Web3 / Digital Assets / Crypto infrastructure.
- Strong Web3-native understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token standards, smart contract logic, and differences across L1 and L2 ecosystems.
- Proven experience building and scaling complex B2B or B2B2C fintech products, preferably in trading, custody, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong product leadership skills with the ability to define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
Preferred Experience ( Good to have):
- Experience working with institutional crypto platforms, custodians, or digital asset infrastructure providers.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, and yield strategies.
- Experience integrating with exchange APIs, custody providers, and trading infrastructure.
- Exposure to OTC trading desks or institutional trading workflows.
