Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic brand and agency relationships, driving annual partnership revenue against an assigned target.

• Lead end-to-end negotiation of high-value, multi-year sponsorship and partnership agreements, including custom content, integrations, and IP licensing deals.

• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CMOs, brand directors, and agency leadership at top-tier advertisers.

• Develop the overall brand partnerships strategy in collaboration with content, sales, and leadership teams, identifying new revenue streams and partnership formats.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of partnership managers and coordinators, setting goals and reviewing performance.

• Partner with content, production, and creative teams to design partnership packages that align brand objectives with audience experience.

• Represent The Script Craft at industry events, upfronts, and pitch meetings, acting as a public face of the partnerships function.

• Oversee deal structuring, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy in partnership with legal and finance teams.

• Monitor partnership performance and ROI, using data to renew, upsell, and expand existing accounts.

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging platforms, and category trends to keep The Script Craft's offering competitive.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, media sales, or a related commercial role within media, entertainment, sports, or digital platforms.

• Proven track record of closing and managing high-value (six- to seven-figure) partnership and sponsorship deals.

• Demonstrated experience building and leading a team.

• Strong existing network of relationships with brands, agencies, and media buyers.

• Excellent negotiation, deal-structuring, and contract management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read data, forecast revenue, and present to senior leadership and clients.

• Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media, entertainment, streaming, sports, or live events specifically.

• Familiarity with branded content, integrated marketing, and IP licensing models.

• Existing relationships with major holding-company agencies and Fortune 500 marketing teams.
