This role is for one of our clients

We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven partnerships leader to build and scale high-impact partner ecosystems across consulting firms, BPMs, and technology partners. This role is focused on driving enterprise growth through strategic alliances, partner-led opportunities, and executive stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-moving environments, demonstrate strong ownership, and bring the ability to influence senior stakeholders while translating partnerships into measurable business outcomes.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Mumbai, with travel involved as required.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, owning relationships end-to-end.
  • Build strong trust and credibility with senior stakeholders across consulting firms, BPMs, and technology partners.
  • Drive partner-led business opportunities through engagement with CXOs, Partners, Directors, and leadership teams.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.

Revenue & Growth Enablement

  • Enable top-down enterprise selling approaches through strong partner collaboration.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert strategic partnership opportunities into measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market alignment and partner-driven expansion strategies.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments while balancing strategic priorities and business goals.
  • Ensure an exceptional partner experience through responsiveness, ownership, and operational excellence.
  • Handle escalations, negotiations, and strategic discussions with maturity and professionalism.

Strategic Execution

  • Contribute to long-term partnership growth frameworks and alliance strategies.
  • Drive structured engagement models, governance mechanisms, and partner success initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate ecosystem opportunities within SaaS, AI, CX, and enterprise technology domains.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or alliance management roles.
  • Strong experience managing senior enterprise stakeholders and strategic partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Stable career progression with demonstrated long-term ownership in previous roles.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

 

Preferred Background

  • Consulting experience with strong client engagement and deal-closure exposure.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, customer experience, or enterprise technology industries.
  • Prior experience working with strategic alliances, consulting partners, or ecosystem-led growth models.
  • Exposure to enterprise GTM strategy and partner-led sales motions.
