Director of Operations

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Hotel Operations and to ensure that the various all departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager , Food and Beverages, Housekeeping & Culinary in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
