• Experience in Team Management and leadership in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to meet organizational goals
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a customer-focused approach to business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working in multiple industries such as Travel, Events, or IT solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
