Role Overview

RateGain's AI Squad is building and scaling AI-powered automation across Marketing, Growth, and Customer Experience.

We're looking for a Director Marketing Automation & AI who will initially lead Marketing AI initiatives and evolve into broader org-wide AI use cases.

This is a hands-on, experimentation-driven leadership role focused on delivering measurable pipeline, revenue, and retention impact.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases in marketing (lead scoring, campaign optimization, personalization).
• Design, prototype, and scale AI-driven automations across campaigns, lead nurturing, and analytics.
• Run rapid PoCs and pilots using LLMs, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools (HubSpot, Salesforce AI, Zapier, Make).
• Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Own the Marketing AI roadmap, success metrics, and ROI tracking.

Who You Are

• Senior leader with strong experience in Marketing Automation, Martech, or Growth (B2B/SaaS preferred).
• Tech-curious, hands-on buildercomfortable experimenting with AI and automation tools.
• Business-first mindset with a proven ability to translate AI into real business outcomes.
