Director of Marketing & Growth (Performance + Automation + AI)
We're hiring a results-driven marketing leader to own growth, delivery, systems, and team performance across a multi-client portfolio - spanning paid, SEO, social, email/SMS, and web channels.
What You'll Own:
Growth & Performance
- Own revenue, CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and KPI delivery
- Lead Meta + Google Ads strategy and optimization
- Improve funnel performance, attribution, and conversion systems
New Client Acquisition
- Drive agency growth by identifying and converting new client opportunities
- Build and optimize outbound and inbound pipelines to generate qualified prospects
- Collaborate with leadership on pitches, proposals, and closing new accounts
- Contribute to positioning, case studies, and marketing collateral that support business development
Lifecycle, Automation & AI
- Scale email + SMS automation, segmentation, and lifecycle programs
- Implement AI workflows for creative testing, reporting, personalization, and optimization
- Improve retention, engagement, and operational efficiency
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead SEO, PMM, Social, and Creative/Design teams with full KPI accountability, weekly performance reviews, capacity planning, and scalable systems across reporting, lead scoring, attribution, and ads → CRM → reporting workflows.
- Cross-Channel Growth
- Align paid, SEO, lifecycle, social, and web into one growth engine. Drive CRO, landing page optimization, and UX improvements.
30 / 90 / 180 Expectations
- 30 Days: Audit accounts, identify delivery gaps, assess team structure
- 90 Days: Implement accountability systems, stabilize at-risk accounts, improve operational visibility
- 180 Days: Upgrade paid, lifecycle, reporting, and AI systems; enable function leads to operate independently
Who You Are:
- 7–10+ years in digital/performance marketing with agency and multi-client experience
- Proven leader of managers and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRO, HubSpot/Klaviyo/Marketo, GA4, and AI/automation workflows
- Structured, systems-oriented, data-driven operator
