About the Role

Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Growth & Lead Generation
- Build and scale AI-powered lead generation and outbound marketing engines.
- Use modern AI tools and automation platforms to drive top-of-funnel growth at scale.
- Design intelligent outreach systems across email, LinkedIn, paid channels, and content distribution.
- Build automated prospecting and enrichment workflows.
- Drive measurable pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
AI-First Marketing Operations
- Leverage AI tools to automate content creation, campaign execution, reporting, research, personalization, and customer engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and deploy emerging AI marketing technologies.
- Build scalable marketing systems that minimize manual effort and maximize speed and efficiency.
- Create AI-assisted workflows for SEO, ABM, outbound campaigns, nurture campaigns, and demand generation.
Hands-On Execution
- Personally own execution across major marketing initiatives.
- Operate with a builder mentality and high sense of urgency.
- Be comfortable independently driving campaigns from idea to execution using AI and automation.
- Create high-quality marketing assets using AI-enabled tools without requiring large support teams.
Revenue & Outcomes Focus
- Own aggressive pipeline and growth targets.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics across campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on data, analytics, and conversion performance.
- Deliver measurable ROI and business impact.
Brand & Market Positioning

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern AI marketing and automation tools.
- Proven track record of delivering aggressive growth and pipeline outcomes.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered outbound, lead generation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Experience scaling marketing operations with lean teams.
- Strong execution mindset with ability to independently drive initiatives.
