Director of Manufacturing

**Industry:** Furniture Manufacturing | Millwork | Luxury Interiors

**Experience:** 15+ Years

**Qualification:** Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

*CTC-* Upto 50LPA

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead end-to-end factory operations for loose furniture & millwork.

- Drive production planning, capacity utilisation, manpower allocation & timely dispatches.

- Oversee manufacturing drawings, GFC coordination, BOMs & material readiness.

- Ensure premium quality, craftsmanship & stringent quality control.

- Optimise productivity, reduce wastage/rework & control manufacturing costs.

- Manage shop-floor teams, equipment, inventory & material flow.

- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Quality & Site Delivery teams.

- Implement ERP, digital solutions & AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

**Must-Have:**

- Strong experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, millwork or luxury interiors.

- Proven expertise in managing/scaling large manufacturing facilities; **80,000+ sq. ft. preferred.**

- Experience with customised/made-to-order furniture and complex production operations.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving & execution skills.

- A hands-on leader with high ownership and a bias for action.
