Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Manufacturing based in Gurugram for multi-plant large operations. The Director of Manufacturing will oversee production planning and ensure efficient manufacturing operations aligned with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The role entails managing supply chain processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards. The individual will lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations Management and implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and related logistics
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and product quality
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
