Director of Machine Learning - AI

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data science strategies to drive business growth.
• Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models using Python and relevant tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of ML professionals, fostering growth and technical skills across the engineering teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, ensuring best practices are followed for model development and implementation.
• Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with company strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing machine learning teams.
• 10+ years of experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable machine learning systems.
• Proficiency in Python, GEN AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Graph Analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills, with a focus on delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with operating machine learning solutions at scale, covering the entire ML workflow.
