Director of Leasing

Hiring: Senior Leasing Director | Retail Real Estate & Mall Leasing | India

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Leasing Director with 18+ years of experience in retail real estate, mall leasing, and business development to drive strategic growth, profitability, and brand partnerships for premium retail assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue

Drive tenant acquisition across leading national and international brands

Create optimal tenant mix, zoning, and adjacency strategies

Analyse PSPM, trading density, footfall, and market trends to improve mall performance

Lead commercial negotiations, lease renewals, relocations, and expansions

Manage relationships with major retail groups including Titan, Arvind Brands, Myntra Brands, ABFRL, and other marquee retailers

Oversee lease documentation, approvals, fit-outs, and store operationalisation

Partner with Finance and Centre Heads to track occupancy, vacancies, and leasing performance

Requirements:

18+ years of experience in mall leasing, retail real estate, or mixed-use developments

Strong network within the retail ecosystem and developer community

Proven expertise in tenant mix planning, leasing strategy, and revenue optimisation

Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills

MBA/Post Graduate qualification preferred
