The Associate Director – Internal Audit will play a pivotal role in leading and managing internal audit engagements, assessing internal controls, and identifying areas for process improvements. The position involves developing audit plans, reviewing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The candidate will supervise and mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and contribute to the growth of the internal audit function. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Strong proficiency in Internal Audit methodologies, risk assessment, and operational process evaluations
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and internal controls frameworks
• Proficient in the areas of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax advisory
• Familiarity with Information Technology (IT) risks and Technology Risk Management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with clients
• Strategic thinking with the ability to provide innovative solutions and actionable recommendations
• CPA, CA, CIA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in consulting or audit firms is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail
