Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly connected Influencer Marketing Director to lead our influencer and creator marketing function. This person will own the influencer strategy end-to-end—from creator identification and partnerships to campaign execution, measurement, and long-term relationship building.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem, excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build high-performing influencer programs at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the overall influencer and creator marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Build annual and quarterly influencer marketing plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
- Identify emerging creator trends, platforms, formats, and opportunities.
- Define the right mix of macro, mid-tier, micro, and nano influencers for different campaign objectives.
- Establish influencer marketing as a scalable and measurable growth channel.
2. Creator Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, agencies, and creator networks.
- Identify and onboard high-impact creators aligned with the brand's values, audience, and positioning.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial terms, exclusivity, usage rights, and long-term partnerships.
- Develop ambassador and always-on creator programs.
3. Campaign Management
- Lead influencer campaigns from briefing and creator selection through execution and reporting.
- Partner closely with creative, social, PR, brand, product, and performance marketing teams.
- Develop compelling creator briefs, campaign concepts, and content frameworks.
- Ensure creator content is authentic while meeting brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets.
4. Performance & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer campaigns.
- Track metrics including reach, engagement, views, EMV, conversions, CAC/ROI, revenue, and incremental impact.
- Use data and insights to optimize creator selection, content strategy, and investment allocation.
- Build regular executive-level reporting and recommendations.
5. Budget & Commercial Management
- Own and manage the influencer marketing budget.
- Negotiate rates and maximize return on creator investments.
- Evaluate agency, platform, and technology partnerships.
- Develop scalable processes for forecasting, budgeting, and campaign ROI.
6. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing influencer marketing team.
- Set goals, KPIs, processes, and operating standards.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, accountability, and performance.
- Manage external agencies and strategic partners where required.

Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale influencer/creator campaigns.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong network across relevant creator, talent, and agency ecosystems.
- Experience building influencer programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
