Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Director of Franchise Development. The Director of Franchise Development will be responsible for driving franchise sales, drafting and negotiating franchise agreements, overseeing franchise operations, and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities also include generating leads for potential franchisees, managing the franchise onboarding process, and contributing to business planning strategies to support the growth of the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and Franchise Agreements
• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic growth initiatives
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and fostering relationships with potential business partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of building and expanding franchise networks
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
• Prior experience in the automotive service industry is an advantage
